Saying it with Flowers!

This is a display bouquet I created for an event for Kamasutra (India's second largest selling condom brand). Client wanted a display that would focus on brand visibility and product. Finding the idea absolutely fun to work with, and being given a free rein with the project, here's what I finally came up with.....

                                                                                         

Wasn't really sure about how to go about making the bouquet of condom packets, I began with scattering all the packs on my work table and sat staring at them for a couple of minutes, sketching designs in my head and trying to see not foil packets, but flowers.

    Took some time to collect my thoughts and then took it one step at a time....the lilies....the sprays...and finally, just for variety, pink flowers of the 'dotted' variety. Then a little foliage here and a touch of glitter there and it was done!

.....the Condom Bouquet! Perfect for display..and also a great (naughty) gift for newly weds and bachelor parties.

The Japanese KUSUDAMA is a paper model that is usually constructed by gluing or linking together multiple identical segments. Taught my girls to make these really pretty flowers based on this simple technique.
